• Rates are per night, valid to 31 March 2011 and are in Australian Dollars.
• All rates include Full Breakfast - local tropical fruits in season, homemade yoghurt, homemade breads and jams, cereals, toast and a variety of cooked breakfasts.
• A cot, if required, is available for $10.00 per night. Internet access and laundry available.

• A Credit Card number is required to secure bookings
• Cancellation policy:
• A fee of 10% of the booking applies for cancellations between 7-14 days prior to due arrival date
• A 50% fee applies if cancelled between 2-7 days prior to due arrival date
• If cancelled within 48 hours or a ‘no show’, 100% of the booking will be deducted from the credit card account
• Cancellations must be in writing
